Incident Report for GovWifi
Resolved
Hello,

Our infrastructure in the London region experienced intermittent networking issues from 11:43 AM BST and 6:53 PM BST, due to our hosting provider.

The incident ended once our hosting provider indicated that the issues had been completely resolved, and our monitoring suggested that all systems were operational and normal service had been resumed.

This impacted the following:
* Some user authentication requests to GovWifi failed, but were subsequently successful due to failover to our Ireland region
* A handful of user signup emails were not delivered
