Update -
We are continuing to diagnose the degraded performance issue. Whilst we do so, here are some options which may help you authenticate: 1) forget the GovWifi network, restart your system and then reconnect to GovWifi using your username & password, 2) you could also tether to your mobile phone if you have that option. We will update the status at 14:00.

Investigating -
We have noticed that some users are experiencing issues connecting to our RADIUS servers via CBA (Certificate Based Authentication) We are looking into this issue and will give an update shortly. In the meantime we recommend switching to authenticating via username and password.
